i actually think the opposite of your friend. i've played both the blue and red one and i think the blue looks way better than the red one. oh and the pickups sound like ass but we all knew that... CAPTIAN OBVIOUS AWAY!!!!!!!!

Well, I haven't had one in a while and, If I do use it in my band, it'll be kind of nice not having the 7th string in the way. On about half of the songs, I don't even touch the low string. And I have a very "punk rock" strunning style and I'm constantly hitting the low string when I don't want to.
