Anyone Ever Play Daisy Rock Butterfly Basses?

Share your expiriences, because I am SERIOUSLY considering getting one. And for those too lazy to check my profile, I am a guy..., but butterflies are cool!! I've heard they are a little neck heavy but otherwise fairly good instruments.

dude, that is a bit odd..... but ok

i played the daisy rock heart guitar, its tiny. pretty good for chicks with small hands though.

i think if you buy that bass you will get the richard simmons

I actually considered buying one of those Daisy Rock guitars once, the butterfly or the heart, and putting something like a Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge, tuning it to B (or lower) and busting it out at a show sometime just for laughs. Then I remembered those things cost money.

It doesn't look like it's a sit-down instrument, that's for sure. Their 5-string bass is actually pretty cool btw.

Don't laugh--my wife LOVES those Daisy Rock guitars, especially the pink sparkly ones. She's getting ready to start guitar lessons on an acoustic, and she's given herself the goal of getting a Daisy Rock if she is dilligent with practicing and gets to a decent playing level.

And no, I'm not the one that's going to give her lessons. Marital harmony is too precious to risk on something like that.
