Only took you 9.5 years against a 1/2 strength team in a meaningless cup. We'll always be the best team in North London and the Spuds know it. 6 points off you in the league too. Disappointed in the teams performance, but over two legs Spurs were the better side. I don't really care though, since we played a weak side (esp. at the back) and the kids made good progress.

Spuds = lower half of the table, 27 points... Arsenal 2nd only on goal difference and 54 points. Enjoy the UEFA Cup too, you won't be qualifying for it next season the way Everton, Man City and Villa are playing. kthxbai

Also Spuds have to play Man U this weekend. I think their FA Cup run will be brought to an abrupt halt.

cant you let us have this one victory!!??!!

im actually quite optimistic about Sunday now, granted this same optimism will most likely be crushed no doubt but its better than the we're screwed mentality i might normally have going into a match of that scale.. anyway as for the league cup, it gives us a good shot at UEFA cup football next season which (sort of) makes up for our poor league performance this year

it'd just be nice to not get completely demolished by chelski in the final though
