New contortionist

I don't think that we ever thought of it as the equivalent of music, as the end-goal was to buy more in-game slut clothes-- schecterwhore on rock band

Im a super chill mellow ambient slut. --7 STRINGS OF HATE

^ Blew my mind the first time I heard it, still does today.

^ This whole song really just amazes me, this man truly knows how to make a guitar sing, I wish he were still around today...

^ Auditory and Visual candy, this song always leaves me with so many ideas...

^ This whole performance leaves me absolutely breathless

^ Really inspiring conversation on being a musician that really left me with lots of useful advice and things to think about.

^ Absolutely mind blowing performance, I just adore the way she seems to emanate joy as she plays

^ Super fun filled happy music, the whole performance is really good and very original, some parts of their music really just draw me in like crazy.

^ Really incredible and intense beat poet, absolutely adore this man's work, hearing him got me back into poetry

I'm gonna stop at this point, but I could probably do this all day

Primus 'Green Naugahyde'
Avishai Cohen 'Gently Disturbed'
Trioscapes 'Separate Realities'
Shane Alexander 'The Sky Below'
Everything by Strands of Oaks

Everytime I listen to these recently my brain goes into overload trying to understand how they come up with certain melodies, lyrics and general atmosphere to the music.

All that lydian stuff in the intro sounds so much like Devin Townsend. Pretty rad.

This:

I'm an AxeFX II owner, and I'm genuinely impressed by the low gain amp models on the HD500. Played one last night. Nice delays too.

EDIT: To clarify, I wouldn't trade my AxeFX II for it, by any means, just saying that it was a REALLY impressive piece of gear as far as the types of sounds I was playing with.

A little different from everyone else thus far:

Jawbreaker's "Dear You" has really clicked for me in the last few days and I can't stop listening to it. Also, I listened to Colors again, so there's that.

This whole album is incredible, and the production is perfect. They mix black metal, death metal, and atmospheric bits so wonderfully.
