Agreed. Looks hideous with the 3 buckers but that finish is quite nice.

I always thought 3 humbuckers in a SG was gnarly, imo at least.

Since my $200 bronze mockingbird BC Rich (first electric way back in the day ) had a shiny/sparkly paint finish, I can never really see them as anything but cheap.

The association in my head is strong, and yet I also really love that mockingbird haha. The neck has a really comfortable profile.

The only thing that bugs me about three pickup SGs is that they usually have three-way switches. Wtf?

I think they had Ibanez Pro Rocker bridges. Collen's was modified with a Kahler 7200.
