On that note, I am having trouble telling what kind of vocalist I am. Comfortably I can go from F3-C6. I can stretch F3 is my absolute lowest note, anything else is a growl. Sometimes I can stretch above C6 to D6 or (rarely) D#6.
Can anyone pinpoint what that is? I am not sure it's tenor... hm.
Just gotta sing up there. Over time, you'll develop strength across your register. Make sure that your technique is spot on, though. Breathing, posture, support, etc., and never push your instrument to the point that it's straining. You don't want to .... anything up. I recommend looking into Alexander Technique. Wish I could afford lessons myself.
