A feeler regarding an old Ibanez Iceman, any help would be greatly appreciated

OK, my dad used to have an old mid-70s Ibanez Iceman, which he traded in many years ago (some time in the early 1990s I think) and he's regretted it ever since. He's been looking around for it, and I thought it could do no harm to put out a feeler or two on some forums. It's a long shot, but if anyone can help at all that'd be great.

Now for some details of the guitar. Judging by the set neck, the big ol' tailpiece and the control layout I know it'd be one of the early ones (between 1975 and 1977 perhaps?) - he got it used, by which point it had had a pair of cream-coloured DiMarzios installed (don't know which models, apparently getting a clean sound from them was impossible though ). It had also had an attempted refinish by a previous owner - it would have been a dark sunburst originally, like the rest of the old models, but it had been repainted black - very badly too, apparently the paint was flaking off; it wasn't a professional refin by any means.

My dad installed two coil split mini-switches in it, and later swapped one of the DiMarzios for a Bill Lawrence blade humbucker. He doesn't have the serial number anywhere, but it certainly has a lot of unique characteristics that wouldn't be on any other Iceman from that time. I don't know if anyone would have been able to convert it back to stock either given all the mods, so there's a good chance all the mini-switches would still be on it. If it's still out there somewhere, he'd love it back (he's been searching for years) and if anyone has any info that could lead to where it is now, that'd be amazing! I really hope my dad can find it somehow, it sounds like an amazing axe and he'd be over the moon to have it back.

Here's a picture of the guitar (although it's from before he put the Bill Lawrence into it)

I don't have a 7-string any more and I like fat necks and single-coils, come at me.
