Talk about a Peter Joseph signature Suhr?

I've heard some stuff, mostly on this forum that a Peter Joseph Suhr, and possibly Rasmus signature are in the works?

I don't know about you guys but to me that's really exciting news. Pete's an awesome player, and a great guy.. Looks to me like Suhr really made the right choice giving him a signature model, and pioneering their market to the extreme metal players.

Anyone else looking forward to this release, or even official announcement?

Also, what else does everyone know? Get all the info about it in this thread!

peter (ihave27frets) has i think mentioned it a few times on this forum, it would indeed be very cool

...Each guitarist has an evil fat 40 year old blueswankler trying to get out, If you give in to temptation you'll be sitting next to a fender playing john lee hooker while trying to keep your combover in place.

Pete definately deserves it. He said it should be ready for NAMM so it's gonna probably be close to a year before we start seeing them in the wild.

Pete is a sick ass artist as well as an awesome guitar player. And he shares my love for pirate ..... That pirate Suhr is amazing. He had a Soldano that had a treasure map on it that was awesome as well. About damn time the man gets a sig. Caparison should have done it long ago, and Ibanez surely didn't do right by him. Oh well third times a charm. Cool that Suhr beats the .... out of Caparison and Ibby to boot.

Yeah I'd have to say, getting a signature model with Suhr is not only more impressive, but also just better as far as the guitar is concerned then either Ibanez, or Caparison.. Don't hate me lol

I got to say that I never really like Signature model guitars, but this is one of the few that I need to get!

I can't imagine it'd be 27 frets, considering his aren't 27 frets and they don't make a 27 fret model. I do remember some talk about it a year or two back though.

I wouldn't doubt it. He has been wanting them to do 27 for a while now. Otherwise they could have released it already. I wouldn't doubt it's going to be something big.

I have a feeling they'd wait til NAMM or something similar to release something so big anyway, but still, I won't throw the idea out, and that'd be really awesome!

There were talks about them doing this a couple of years ago. This may be the excuse to finally do it. I hope they do so, always wanted a 27 fretter and a Suhr....
