The things iPHONE makes us say...

came across this link. some really weird and funny stuff goes on in the world of iphone. words turning from 'kick' to 'lick'. 'snack' or 'anal' and other weird abominations...

*warning. dont drink and go through this
*and it should be work safe. no pictures of people or other werid things...

example:

Damn You Auto Correct! » Best Of DYAC

One of the reasons I wanted to switch to Droid. So I switched and the Droid does this a number of times too. Luckily though it's easy to make your own edits or word replacement entries so the word always comes out correct. Had to do it for a few words. Some other small oddities too like it kept capitilizing guy as if it were a name = Guy. How ....ing often do you use the name Guy as opposed to the word guy? I mean really lol. Like I said though, it was a cinch to fix. I had my iPhone two years and don't recall seeing anywhere the iPhone dictionary can be edited or word replacements set up. Is this true or did I just miss where the option was?

One thing I have noticed is that it changes things to words that you've included in recent texts, which can be helpful, but often isn't. I've often told my friends I think things are shut.

What happened to Jeff? Funny how he dropped off the radar now that the entire Western world disagrees with his right wing bull.....

From Erin: Asked my friend what flavors of cupcakes I should bring to a dinner party… pretty sure he meant peanut butter!!

From Angela: We were planning a wedding shower, and I was asking the bride for cake flavors. She suggested coconut, which I hate. I attempted to reply, “Neverrrrrr” but it auto-corrected to “Menstruates”. Then I was paralyzed by giggles.
