October 2009 Guitar of the Month: TimSE's custom home-made "Bullet"!

Congrats to TimSE for winning October 2009's GOTM, as voted on by you, the Sevenstring.org membership!

We've seen plenty of hand-made guitars around here from luthiers both professional and amateur, but how many of them have built something as impressive as Tim's "Bullet" on their first try? Not many, and that's why we hate him! Gaze upon these pictures and let the bitterness and resentment swell inside you like a malignant tumour:

Mahogony body
3/4" 5A quilted maple arch-top
1/8" atching headstock quilt.
Three-piece maple neck-through design
Madagascan Ebony fretboard
27" scale
24 Jumbo frets
Left-justified 3mm thick "Bullet" mother-of-pearl inlays (overhanging to act as side markers)
TOM bridge string thru-body
X2 EMG707TWs
X1 Volume (also eck coil-tap)
X1 Tone (also bridge coi-ltap)
Three-way toggle switch
Trans -Grey/Black quilt with tung oil Finish
Matching headstock

I have to say, I was really impressed after seeing everything you did with this build, and I was dissapointed when it lost last month. Can't say enough good about this guitar, you deserve the win.
