But that's the thing... it isn't really. If you're tuning down to G, you're probably going to want something even longer than 27". That's why the Mushok model is 28" (which i consider to be a true baritone) and the Music Man Silhouette Bass Guitar is 29 5/8".

Most baritone guitar i've seen (IE, The Burns ones -- those have 30" scale BTW, and a few others) Are generally tuned to A Or B.

those J Custom 7's are just plain BAD ASS.

i'm a ibanez head since '97 ... so yes, i'm opinionated when i say those J Customs kill every 7 string i've seen. period. end of story.

Not really sure if they do sadly(doubtful).
I know a lot of people have imported with Ishibashi but Ikebe-gakki always seem to have some really nice exclusive models with some wicked options.
