Huck Houston is on a distinguished road
They sold 1 of their guitars at the Dallas Guitar Show.

Must be worth something.

Guess I got my words mixed up with my buddy, haha

There is a market for $7500 guitars, but the people who buy them hang them on walls and put them in glass cases. I can get four more KXK's for that much money.

For that kind of money they should be able to pplay erruption by themselves. Are they hollow or solid body...I would assume hollow as solid would weigh a ton

i didn't even have to post my opinion, others did it for me

i can appreciate a guitar builder trying to break from tradition, and thats cool, i can only imagine the machining those things take, looks like the bridges might be custom as well... but that doesn't make me want one

these guys look way outside the box so far outside that only a few will even attempt it....why do guitar builders even think people will spend this kinda money for a guitar?...Noodles I agree....

Well they did sell ten of them......go figure?

I try to look at this as R&D for potential future markets, machining these things must be a pain in the ass, and perhaps with enough interest and initial revenue they can eventually bring down the cost by mechanizing the process...

...but until then I'll take the 4 KXK's...

hello sevenstring. i,m Barry Bergeron, the aliminum guitar maker. not here to try to sell anything. just interested in the comments and to tell a little more about me. first thing is i did not sell 10 guitars at Dallas. i have sold only one. i'm sure because of the high price. just quickly say this project of mine may never fly, but my intent is to get the price down. i want everyone to get to play an aluminum if they like them. very high startup. working no sound and video for the site. end of the day, they are superb guitars. would like to check in on your group from time to time and hear what you have to say. it is how i will continue to build em better.

sorry, mean to say working ON sound and video.
