Vigier Guitars

Anyone here anything about these guitars. They have a 7 string model called the Excalibur 7. Shawn Lane used to play a Vigier and Ron Thal from Bumblefoot plays one. Here is a link:

A friend of mine has one, paid a lot of cash for it. It has a really straight smooth neck, and a very balanced body feel to it. For the money he paid for it $2500.00, I would rather have an Ernie Ball Music Man 7, half the price, just as nice IMO.

Hmmm, intersting, since I'm a huge EBMM fan....its good to know how much they are asking for...thanks!

It will all depend on the options, a standard EBMM 7 will run about $1300-1400. If you want piezo, matching headstock, or custom inlays it will add $600-700 to the cost. I just ordered a EBMM JP model 6, and I will be ordering a 7 sometime this summer.

Actually I own 4 Balls, and I'm saving for a JP (whether its a 7 or not, this I will decide later), and as a member of the EBMM forums, I know a guy who owns a music shop and his selling price is as follows:
