ahh!! yeah I never got the Cam-o style guitars look...now everyone wears cam-o clothes...Myself included...But i know you will all hate me for this but Ibanez has made some of the ugliest colors ever..My UV GR is a pittiful color green and PICK bobbins along with Urine yellow come on'.But seriously Purple and Urine yellow should be declared NO's for guitars....

How about going for a different neon colour on each part of the guitar? Green body, pink fretboard, orange headstock etc with multi coloured bobbin toppers and knobs. You could even paint each tuner button a different colour.
How about a zig zag graphic in purple over the green body? Quote:

I like the watermelon idea. Only do this:
Green back and sides. Pink front with a white burst around the edges. Black hardware, knobs and pickups (the "seeds"). Dweezil Zappa actually had a custom shop Jackson back in the '80s that was painted like a watermelon. He had some cool guitars which would definitely be considered cheezy now!  |
