SILENT FACTOR is just really niceSILENT FACTOR is just really nice
Hey there, the other guitar player in my band plays a RR7(production model, you custom shop bitches ) you can check it out on his home myspace page
http://www.myspace.com/timmygsilentfactor
As for how is it, I would say on the cheap side. The hardware looks good but the tuning pegs are a little wobbly and the nut is crapolio. The neck and playability are good if you take the time to set it up correctly. Also, I dont know what the body is made of but the thing is ultra lite and obviously with that kind of guitar its neck heavy. It comes with Duncan designed pups and you know what those sound like . But I guess for what he paid, 225$ used, its good. Especially if you want a head turner and not a shred machine.

Figure on $3500-4000, depending on options. Stupid expensive, but you'll own one of the nicest metal guitars on the planet.

BTW: Welcome.

Apparently going through themusiczoo is much cheaper, and I was quoted $3780 for my specs on the Jackson online form. Was told I might be able to get as much as a third off that by going through themusiczoo. And thanks.

$2500 is really reasonable for that. I guess you're going with a solid color finish?
