What tuning do you all use?
I don't think we've had a thread for this. What tunings do you guys use on your 7s (and 6s too

I love it. My 7 has been getting most of the attention lately, but the Agile plays and sounds great - I've got some GFS Fat PAF pickups in it. I use it when I want to play Rush songs

I play with a ton of different tunings on my own, but the default tuning for my band is Drop A. I'm starting to write stuff in standard B tuning, but getting the other guys to convert is a bitch.

With the band:
7-string: ADGCFAD 6-string: CGCFAD At home on my own I use a bunch of different tunings. Lately mainly standard and drop-D, sometimes down a half-step or whole step, as well as CGCD#GC, GCGCGCE (thank you Devin Townsend  ), ADADGBE, A#FCFAD, etc. |

With My Ibanez Grx 40: Droped B. B-F#-B-E-g#-c#
But as long as i have one RG7321: kind of 8 string tuning. F#-B-F#-B-E-g#-c#, Droped B with an F#(.68) And i'm usin' Dean Markley strings.
