What tuning do you all use?

No, that was informing. Desecrated doesn't post very often here, so I wouldn't be surprised if he missed the question.

My grandparents always used H and B for B and Bb. That's the way it was years ago. Things are moving in a more universal direction now, so I see H used less and less over time. Probably will be gone in ten years or so.

my preference is standard tuning forms.
thus on my sevenstring it's BEADGBE and on my six it's EADGBE
every now and then i'll put my sevenstring at C-F-Bb-Eb-Ab-C-F (aka one step above sevenstring Bstandard) just for kicks.

I pretty much have still been sticking to standard7 on my 7-string (BEADGBE). It's the easiest tuning for me to be creative in.

Every now and then, I will tune it to C#, C#, F#, B, E, G#, C# (with the 7th and 6th string being unison). The main reason I came up with this tuning, was to play Between the Buried and Me songs on my good guitar. At first, I was only tuning the 7th string to a random note much higher than it normally would be. This helped keep the tension on the Floyd and kept me from having to re-adjust it everytime I changed back to standard.

Well, one day, it was tuned ALMOST in unison to the 6th, accidentally. I fixed this very quickly and discovered some VERY thick powerful sounds can come from that tuning.
