Just picked up a 2027x last night
I just bought a 2027xvv from Brent of fear of water, man this guitar is sweet! It looks so nice too ill post some pictures soon!

Looks like the 2027 Army will be taking on Chris' Schecter army if this keeps up. Of course, we have the Ibanez Shock Troop reserves to back us up.

Yeah, it's certainly good to see more people coming to appreciate just how awesome a guitar this is. I love mine, and have just replaced the pickups to an Air Norton/Blaze Custom combination on the recommendation of a few guys here. What a difference, so much beter than the Tone Zone!
I was one of the people gently pushing Brent to sell his 2027 over at the Petrucci forum. Admittedly it was because I was hoping to buy it to keep my other 2027 company But hey, fair play to ya for buying it. I know you'll love it.
