Uncle Sam Squished my gas

I was surfing around looking for a nice 7 when I found

http://www.ishibashi.co.jp/webshop/g...7fbx/index.htm
$1400 is not too too bad imo and I was going to take the plunge

Today I went and had my taxes done

I had to pay over 1400

Needless to say that was quite an unexpected hit

Just thought I would share the pain - Actually I'm kind of glad I didnt order it (I find when buying gear its better to think on it a bit )
Had i bought it that would have been a nasty hit to the ol bank account ( and a worse hit to my nads from my wife )

this space for rent

i guess it could be worse. you could have made so little money last year that you didn't even have to file taxes... like me

I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate.
We'll cross the streams.

This is the first year I haven't owed money. for me

$1400 is a hell of a lot to owe. You sure there isn't some sort of mistake?

Yeah I should have claimed 0 instead of 1 on my w4

actualy I had to pay $2400 total

1k federal 1k state 400 local

Since I work in WV and live in PA - I have to pay PA state tax - but WV state tax is witheld from my pay... So I have to file a form to get a refund from WV ( Takes forever...)
So I still have to pay PA around $1k as well - sure I'll get that back in around 90 days but dayum

The sad thing is- I'm basically middle class but since I dont have any kids I just get my ass beat

Never seen that one in trans black - hotness.

I had exactly what I thgought would happen, happen this year onmy taxes - I put in so much overtime at my last job that it bumped me into another tax bracket, and while I'm getting a return, theres not very much of it. I think I may spend it on a six pack.

Could be worse - my parents owe a HEFTY amount this year due to somethinghaving to do with the difference between principal and interest on the morgage on my dad's office, one being tax deductible and the other not. Normally it's offset by the taxes being taken off my dad's bonus, but as the bonus is taken from net earnings and they posted a loss this year...

(the six pack was a slight exaggeration, but still... I was shooting for a Hellraiser, and I'm not even close )

I guess I can't complain cause I get a decent amount back yearly (mortgage interest certainly helps with this)...what I hate is going to the hospital daily and seeing some our tax money in action i.e. people who can't afford (either because they really can't afford or are to lazy to work) there medications or their treatment, thus guess who picks up the bill

BTW, has anybody ever seen or played the guitar shown in the link? I've been checking out the Ikebe site, but that looks hot too!
