Ok, I owned an F-207 when they first came out. Didn't really play it much or anything, so I don't really remember how LTD 7's feel. I found a decent deal on an H-307 with EMG 707s. Does that sound like a good deal? Any experience with this particular guitar?

That's an amazing finish. I bet that guitar sounds HUGE. The necks are a bit bulkier than i prefer (kind of thick and deep), but they play great and are easily set up.

How would you rate the neck? Is it a huge mofo belonging in a moomoo or is it quite anorexic, like a Jax or Ibby? And what's the weight like? Resonable for gigging?

Thanks. I was debating, cause I didn't really remember the LTD 7 necks, but now I think I may have to go for it.

I had the green version and slapped some 707s in it. Not a bad guitar. The neck seemed pretty stout but up until that point, I had only played Ibanez 7s.

The necks aren't tht much bigger,but it may feel that way due to small fretsx, just my opinion.

The LTD 7's are good guitars though.
