I said thta the Ibanez 7 string acoustic is too expensive and that I'm glad Fender is possibly going to release one as it would be a cheaper alternative.

There's a dean 7 string acoustic also I hear. Dont know how good it is or how much $$$ they go for.

Try to exclude the possibility of suffering which the order of nature and the existence of free-wills involve, and you find that you have excluded life itself.

Wouldn't the custom shop make you one?
You know, last time I visited Poland (about 3 years ago) I saw a 7 string Stratocaster copy. I'm pretty sure it was made by one of the local guitar makers, I just can't remember which one. Looked pretty sweet, actually, just a straight up traditional Strat, but with an extra string. I used to be a massive Strat freak, if that thing was a lefty I'd be it's owner now...

It's discontinued (sadly, it looked nice...)

Since I'm in the market for an accoustic 7 right now, this is good news, though visually I'm definitely digging the Ibanez a bit more right now...
