Joe Satriani's Guitar Collection (focus on 7's)

The one next to the Telecaster is RG7321 (2003)
Hard teal finish added to the usual 7 string model sold on the market. Its used for practice at home. " I love the neck on this one. I use this a lot at home when rehearsing. I recommend this to any 7 string beginner"
He might be working on translating the rest of them - interesting stuff, anyway.

It also confirms that he does in fact have two JS-7's, a natural with rough body contours, and a more "finished" one in candy apple red, and that the red one wasn't his original with some improved body contouring and a new finish. Cool.

I thought that was cool that he practices at home on a 7321 and that he owns a UV777BK that was given to him by Steve. I still like his JS7s.

I noticed he has 4 white JSs. Those are nice, especially since they have chrome hardware instead of cosmo. He has alot of Gibsons and Fenders too. I'd love one of those vintage Teles.

BCrowell is just really niceBCrowell is just really nice
My two favs are the colored skull/tile one, and the clear....I've always wanted one of them!!

Personally I just don't care for the JS series neck... it's too much like a strat, and I'm a HUGE fan of the Wizard II.

See, I LOVE the JS neck... it's like a Strat neck on Weight Watchers. One of the nicest I've ever played...

Nice guitars, but then you'd expect him to have a nice collection!

The JS neck is bar none the best neck I've ever played. I love my JS2000 like it was a child.
