Pretty cool. I have an Avalanche Seven in the shop right now because of some shoddy materials, but I can't complain, since it cost me $100. It's going to be April or May before they can get it back in working condition, though.
I have a six string fretless bass that I love from Dean, but I think they might be making (or have made in the past) some pretty crumby frets. My Avalanche is the only guitar I've seen to have the frets turn green, then brown. Not bashing Dean, just a word of caution. |

Those are in the low end of Dean's line. I haven't played one of the sevens, but the six string version did not impress me in the slightest.

Damn, that's a big, ugly neck joint. A neck through version of that would be nicer, but I imagine it's got a neck like a baseball bat. Certainly my MLX7 did.
