Gotta find me a hardshell case for the C7 HR lefty. But there are three problems for me to deal with here:

1. Hellraiser is a 26.5" scale. (Too long to fit in most cases.)
2. It's a 7-string, with a wider neck. (Inherent limitations there too, as many/most cases are set up to accomodate & cradle an average six-string neck width.)
3. My darn, I mean... my AWESOME left-handedness! (Many cases have interior cutouts for the body of a right-handed guitar, rather than being "universal".)

Any advice on what products I might look for? Or should I just never put the guitar down? (Something which I've been seriously contemplating...)

Coffin Case has universal cases, and you could alway just get a bass case if needed.

There are some other universal ones too, you can probably just get a baritone case also (ESP's standard M, MH H one supposedly fits them)...

My "freedom" case barely fits my H207 in it, so I can guarantee the extra scale will not fit in there.

The hellraiser will fit in almost any regular sized case. Although it has a 26.5" scale the tuners are 4x3 which helps keep the total length of the guitar down. I keep mine in a old ibanez rg470 case.
