Schecter now offering Hellraiser C7s for lefties!

I had pre-ordered a C7 Blackjack from music123.com... Everything I've read about the C7s in general, left me little doubt that THIS was the guitar to get. I'm left-handed, so even though I SO wanted the EMGs in the Hellraiser, I figured I'd still be doing pretty good with the passively-equipped Blackjack.

The Hellraiser hasn't been available in left... Until now! Jason from drumcityguitarland.com e-mailed me to let me know he had some in as of yesterday (in black cherry only for him; no black).

Dennis from Adirondack is apparently still on his way back from NAMM, but he's got 24 LH Schecters coming in... Presubmably some C7 HRs among them.

And I've just ordered a black one from Tony at guitarsonfire.net. He's got them coming in Feb. 15th.

So YAY! Just wanted to let everyone know (especially us all-too-often-ignored lefties, lol), that LH C7 HRs are a reality now!

Congratulations! Being a fellow lefty myself (although I play guitars right-handed), I know how discriminating things can be against left-handed people.

Discriminating, yeah... I've also "learned" to play right-handers flipped upside down, lol. Just 'cause it seems all my musical friends have always been right-handed. *shrugs* And we only ever had a right-handed Fender Precision bass... So whenever it was my turn to play bass, I'd just swing it over and play it on my lap, with the E on the bottom (physically-speaking).

The cool thing is, after reading opinions & researching everything I have... if I had my choice of ANY 7-string? LH or RH? I'd still go with the Hellraiser. ...EXCEPT for maybe the new ESP Stephen Carpenter, lol. The 27" scale is pretty bad-ass! Eager to hear how it performs! (Deftones are supposed to be recording a new album right now, no? Hopefully when the CD comes out, we'll be able to hear the new ESP in action!)

UPDATE: Whoa... Didn't realize how much of a $$$ premium it is for that new ESP. And um... what exactly justifies THAT price? (Just curious...) Does it come with, oh... a car?!
