Cool, although I'd rather have an Avenger 7, which sadly they don't make anymore (and I've seen one on that auction site) with a floyd, props to their lefty love though.

I'm too busy leading the Schecter rebellion to worry about crushing the Lefty rebellion. I'll leave that to Drew.

Can I be part of your Schecter Rebellion? Even though I'm doomed to be crushed later in the subsequent Lefty Rebellion?

Gah, I'm starting to get a GAS-like feeling whenever I look at Jeff Loomis playing the Hellraiser in the GuitarWorld vids. Oh well, hopefully when I graduate and get a job paying nice money I can order one...it'd definately be my 'tuned flat' guitar, so I could play Nevermore, mid-era Meshuggah, Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel and that sort of thing.

Just a little update from Tony, who was talking to Schecter earlier today: No black are being produced for the lefty C7 HRs. Just the black cherry. So there ya go, lol... (Still jacked as hell, no big deal about the colour for me.)

I think the determining factor of playing righty/lefty should lie in comfort. If you pickup a guitar for the first time, and use your left hand to strum and right to fret, obviously that is the way your mind naturally wants to play. Visa versa for righty. I also am of the opinion that trying to force yourself to play against your natural tendancies, might slow down the learning process, and later hinder your true potential.

I wish more companies would follow Schecter's idea, and at least OFFER the models in lefty.

Even if the guitars are built to order, its just a matter of mirroring the CAD files and installing some slightly different hardware. SheesH!
