Project guitar
One of my friends gave me an old guitar of his, so i thought id renovate it a little its a strat body guitar. the name of the actual company is phil. Idk where this guitar came from but I took it apart i cut the headstock part to look like an ibanez one. Im going to remove the paint on that guitar and paint it black.
Any of you guys know how i can easily remove the paint off the guitar? \ Here are some pics...(its not a 7 string but FUCK IT lol) ![]() ![]() ![]() |

There is a 6 string forum here.
![]() I haven't seen Phil guitars in forever, one of the stores in Kelowna used to carry them. They had this weird lineup where all the bodies were shaped like inverted tulips. |

Sand paper is your best bet for removing the paint!

![]() I use Nitromours paintstripper stuff i personaly try to avoid sand papering if at all possible cus it can leave painintheass grooves on the body surface just gotta make sure its smooth as you can get it before you start painting ![]() |
