Agile Interceptor Pro 27 VS Schecter Loomis 7 fr

I wanna get me a new 7 string and those to guitars Agile Interceptor Pro 27 or a schecter Loomis 7 frI dont really know which one to choose,I'm looking for a heavy crunchy sound yet I want it to be clear as possible.
I have alot of sredding solos and techincal riffs...So I want a neck that is good for this stuff. Also It's important to me that I'll have easy acces to all 24 frets.

Anyway I think you got the point guys.
Which one do you think is better for what I'm looking for.

Thanks alot!

BTW:If you have any other suggestion for other 7 string guitars I'll be happy to hear about

Well, It all depends of your preferences...

The Loomis is overall a better instrument than the Agile (I own both), but the agile is 300$ cheaper. Both will give you the sound you're after, because they have the same pickups, and the Agile has better fret access (the Loomis is good, but hitting the 24th fret is a tad difficult).

In the finish department, the Loomis clearly wins. It has one of the best tremolos of the market too, while the Agile has a cheap licensed one and their finishes are ok.

About the neck, the Loomis may surely be a bit thicker than the Agile, but I have yet to try a neck that feels more comfortable into my hands, it just have a profile that's pure joy. The agile neck is rounder and less wide, whith smaller string spacing too.

I'm very happy with both guitars, but It's all about your preferences and budget. Here's the link of the Agile I bought, If you want to check it to see pics and my impressions of it. I hope that helps

Oh, and welcome!

How important is the quality of the trem to you? The trem on the Agile is only decent (I have a Pro 25).

Schecter's fretwork has to be the best of all the Korean guitars I've played so far. Their frets are bigger than the ones on the Agiles too, if that's important to you.

On a side note, the 3-way switch on my agile switch doesn't work well while switching to the bridge position since yesterday... God It only lasted 5 days, talk about reliable parts

The loomis is an over-all better build, better parts better hardware. It comes down to the looks of the Agile, preference in neck, and price really.

If the difference in price isn't important to you, go for the Loomis. The Agile is a hell of a deal, though.
