I refinished my RG7620
This is similar to the way I refinished my 550/Jem, but I only did the top and I used a different clear laquar. I'm going to leave it rough for now, but we'll see. I call them Fred and Barney.

I'm pissed becuase in the process I lost the spring block lock and a string lock block so I have to get some before I reinstall the trem and throw on some strings. I'm such a maroon.

When sanding I left some of the original black paint and primer. I then sprayed a trans blue over it, then a clear laquar. I did the 550 two years ago. This time around I only did the top of the 7620 to save some time. Both bodies were a bit beat up and I left them that way. I knew I wouldn't do a perfect job anyway so why not?
