![]() ![]() | Awesome man. I love the white. Cool that it is a gloss finish too. If they didn't put that inlay and the two extra knobs on there it would be perfect. |

![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and the family shot.... ![]() I got to spend some extended time with it this weekend, and actually plugged in this time. This is my first experience with blackouts, and I like them a lot. They are definitely different than EMGz. They seem a bit warmer and more organic. The cleans have an added warmth to them. I am not sure how I feel about that yet, since I am used to the glass like cleans of the EMGz. The blackout bridge is quite awesome, and seems to fall somewhere in between an EMG 81-7 and a 707. I wonder how the neck would sound in the bridge positon. Right now I am enjoying the current combo. This guitar is awesome. I put the string gauge I am used to on, and gave it a full setup job. It plays awesome. I am really digging it. The color is about what I was expecting. I have always liked the look of pure white guitars over aged white, but this guitar is really something to look at. Its hard to put down, that is fo sho! |
