Ibanez FTMFW IMO. I just can't get myself to switch to anything else, I just love my Ibanez's, and I don't think I'm gonna get tired with them anytime soon for sure!

Aled Smith can only hope to improve
sort of. My only problem is that Caparison make the Dellinger 7 which is practically an RG1527 but its got a real floyd, Better neck back shape imo, more original headstock +inlays + i think they sound much better (im a succer for michael romeo/ Angelo batio midrange tone). I havent played an ESP custom 7 or high ender so im not sure but i think that will seriously kill anything ibanez make. Also carvin make some seriousy sweet guitars. better than some but i wouldnt say theyre the best by a long shot

The best? Maybe. Depends on what you're looking for. The trem is the best floyd, I think, no contest. I played a black/green uni a year or two ago that was shredding.

Well, that's exactly my point. Nobody has. So how can one tell from specs only? It might be one mighty p.o.s., who knows?

Come on Vova, you know better. That's not good advice / opinion when you haven't tried every guitar company out there.

i've played an RC7 at NAMM. didn't get to play it through an amp. but spent a few minutes on it unplugged. the finish on it looks alot more impressive in person too, i still don't really like it though. it has THEE thinnest neck i've ever come across, REALLY ridiculous, thinner than an old Universe .

overall it's just too gimmicky to me, and with the cheapo trem and EMGs it just felt like a toy to me . and the price is just obscene...

Well you might be the only one!
But honestly, is the one that was at NAMM will be exactly the same that will come out of the production chain?
