well ive allready ordered the rings (cost me 30.00 bucks so i have to at least try em) and like i said i will put them on without the drilling to see if i like, which i most likely will then decide, ill post pics. the thing is the routing job i did to this guitar isnt 100%, more like 90% (more like 50%/took a look at the 1st pics, this was before sanding though), so i don't really know what the outcome will be, other than i think it looks way better than before, i love the black on white look. ill keep you posted.

Looks smooth. I owuld leave the emgs as they are and not put rings. How are you planning on painting the trem? Most of the paint will wear off unless you get it powder coated.

oh, just the edges, where it looks a little worn, i painted some knobs and they have kept the color, so just a little black coat should fix the little inperfection on the trem.
