I'd like to see them introduce a fixed bridge 7 with a reverse headstock. Drum roll please.

I'm all for Ibanez releasing a 7 string in the $500USD range, trem or not. IMHO, the S7320 should be in this range... That said, perhaps a fixed bridge S7 for $450USD???

although i'd rather see them put out a prestige RGA7 with a trem than a RG7321 with a trem, i'd be much more likely to buy one of those

I'll probably catch some shit for saying this, but I've never really been a fan of Ibanez's color selection. Fluorescent colors just don't suit guitars well in my opinion. Even the black and neon green on the UVs isn't something that particularly appeals to me. It makes the guitar instantly identifiable, but I'm not a big fan of the 1980s feel. The swirls never did much for me either, though each of the aforementioned definitely have a large number of fans on this site. I suppose I've got more of a "traditional" taste in guitar aesthetics though; I'd rather see a burst or a nice stain rather than more crazy paint jobs. The RG370DXGP1 and RG370DXGP2: Not a fan. I do kind of think that the RGR420EX's arctic frost paint jobs look neat. Not something I would play, but looks cool.

One thing I'm sure we can all agree on: It is absolutely wonderful that Ibanez has expanded their color color selections beyond black.

But Meine Fuhrer what's wrong with Fluorescent hamburger throw up Multicolor swirl?

I agree, I always thought that Ibanez used whatever paint the DMV had left over from marking the streets or painting signs.

"I'd rather believe in Jedi then "The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree" - Desecrated

Yes, just like the Xiphos 7 but in an Rg shape! WOO!!

I own the XPT707, and it's just about as badass as can be. I just meant more of the Rg shape since we were on the topic of it. I feel the Rg shapes are much more comfortable anyways....even though the Xiphos is hella comfy to play sitting down.

this thread is calling out for some mockups, but i have no skill at all with them

...Each guitarist has an evil fat 40 year old blueswankler trying to get out, If you give in to temptation you'll be sitting next to a fender playing john lee hooker while trying to keep your combover in place.
