Stealthtastic is a jewel in the rough
So..im probably ordering a Loomis FR later tonight...

Alright guys, dispel my fears, right now i own an Ibanez ARC300, (its a 6'er), and i have a massive fear of the Loomis having a neck way to big for me =(. If anyone has tried the ARC300 as well as the Loomis can they let me know how the necks stack up against each other? Also is $899 a good price for one?

$899 is about the going price for one. The neck isn't that big at all. I've seen a few Ibanez players play my Loomis and none have complained about the neck.

Don't listen to the heretic! Get the FR. IF you need a hard tail you can always get a Tremol-No. Then it's like two guitars in one.

The Loomis is the only Schecter 7 without the baseball bat neck. It isn't Ibanez thin, but it is not huge. Far more Jackson like, with a nice round C profile.

why not just buy it locally??? I'm quite sure you'd be able to find one to play.

He didn't for mine it cost 90 dollars extra for the case. The site was confusing it had "priced less case" but it wasn't included just priced 10 dollars cheaper.
