Carvin - Yay or Nay?

I live on Alder St, which I believe is the next street over from Ash.

I didn't give them any specs. I basically said, 'This thing is a boatneck, shave it down to something more comfortable or im returning it.' They complied.

I'd like to check it out sometime.
when I had my 7620 I thought a neck somewhere between my Carvin and this 7620 neck would be an absolutely perfect 7 string neck.

I just sent my Carvin Dc127 w/piezo's back to Cali for a tune/clean/set up, and a pickup swap (dsonic and air norton). Im pretty sure they are doing it all under warranty. The point is, it was probably my favorite guitar ever when it was properly set up ect. And then I treated it poorly...

But one the pups are in and it is in full working condition, I don't doubt its "best guitar in the world" possibilities.

In relation to this thread, the Dc 727 is supposed to be awesome, and it is going to be my next guitar (unless parker releases a 7 string

).

kmanick, I've actually searched for threads about your guitar before, its amazing.

My Carvin is just a bit thicker than my 7620. It's perfect.
