Halp! Intonation problem :(

I have a Schecter 007 Elite and it's a gorgeous guitar save for one problem, the D string isn't intonated correctly. I've adjusted the saddle as far as it will go, but it's still flat to the 12th fret.

What do you do in this situation?

Maybe the D string is too heave gauge? Or too light?

It's whatever comes with a 10-52 set on a 6-string.

Do you have the saddle set all the way forward towards the neck, or back towards the bridge?

Towards the neck, I made it as sharp as possible but it's still flat.
