I dont want to think about what my LP will one day look like lol.

Maybe I'll bring it in to Mr. Newsom's shop and have him take it down to the quilt top and re-lacquer it or whatever so it looks brand new

is that possible...?

totally doable. i thought about it actually.
If the neck hadnt already been damaged, af ew things would be different about the carvin
it would have a different neck profile
it would have Piezo Saddles on it already
it would have a light trans green paint job

i was gonna do it, but thats A) alot of money for the saddles and pre, and B) an awful lot of work drilling through a fucking OFR
both when youre not quite grooving on the guitar, you know?

yeah man. looks reasonable as is anyway.

My C7 has a few dings with filler in them all over the body.. doesnt affect anything, i dont see 'em except for the stuff on the neck, so it's cool.

im sure at some later point in the day, people are gonna be like "oh man budda's gettin ibzorange's carvin!" lol

Word travels fast of such things around here

theres no filler or anything anywhere, except the crack in the neck is repaired with cyanoacrylate

yeah, yeah it does. especially when i leave people messages haha.

In all the body shots, I can't see any glaring scratches or anything that.

grr i want it to arrive tomorrow! this wait is gonna suck!

yeah, no real scratches im aware of, other than some typical swirling and stuff. its more dings and dents around the edges of the guitar
