Sorry I'm a noob. What do those mean?

But to sort of answer the question, I'd say maybe 27-32 frets possibly.

I'm going to Iowa for an award. Then I'm appearing at Carnegie Hall, it's sold out. Then I'm sailing to France to be honored by the French government. I'd give it all up for one erection. — Groucho Marx

Whoops those are octave numbers, so 27-32 frets on a E4 string(normal open high e)
For instance an open high E is E4 at the 12th fret E5, at 24th E6 and at 36th E7. I have an 8 string with both B1 and A4 (low B and High A) with 27 frets with the highest note being C7 1 octave below C8, the last key on you standard 88 key piano. With a guitar with only a high E4 you would have to have 32 frets to have the same range.

Such pain, I must help...deepen it

Ahem.

BTW, I had a Washburn EC-36M a few years ago. It was strange, but I was able to get usable notes up to about the 30th fret after some practice.

A little bit of trivia.....the 7 string Hamer on that page is one of two that were built. The only two Hamer 7`s in exsistance. The second one had a trans "Salmon" finish. Both had custom made Tom Andersen pups.

back on topic...

29 Frets = 2 1/3 octave

26 frets = 2 1/6 octaves

38 frets = 2 octaves, but not a seven string
