Nuts

Do any of you guys remember the nuts you could get to replace a locking nut, they were Graphite from what i remember, i never saw one for 7 string but for 6's. Does any one have one???
also has any one seen one for a 7 string. I fancy getting rid of the nut and whacking some Schaller M6IND locking tuners on there.

nope, it looked like the nut part of the locking nut (as in if you take away the locking pads and bolts), so it retrofits to the guitar and looks more neat and tidy. If i put a regular graphtech nut on there, there would be a large gap of untidy wood thats not covered up.

No, he was talking about this:

ALLPARTS guitar parts, bass parts, guitar amplifier parts

Unfortunately, they don't make them for a seven.

I was looking for just that a while ago.

I never did it, but research has shown me that the blank slabs graphtech sells are big enough to mill one out of
