 | Which ibenez model? i saw a ibenez 7 string in a pawn shop. how do i tell which model it is? it had no model number on the back of the headstock ,but a serial #. it only said rg series on the front on the headstock. the neck is one solid color no color bands. and it has two open coil humbuckers and the selector switch is a 5 way. silver colored knobs. |

| i didnt any pics of it and i wont be back online for awhile while at work. i will try to get some pics off of my phone when i come back. is there a site that lets you tell from the serial #? |

| Trem or no trem? After you find that out you can look at the pickup tabs - if they are rounded its probably a 742X and if they are triangular it's probably a 762X. Quote:

| It's either a 7621, 7620, 7421, or 7420. What color was it? * NegaTiveXero is willing to bet it's probably a 7620GN, cause he said it had silver colored knobs, powder cosmo could be considered silverish...Unless, they've been swapped out for different knobs...damn. |
