![]() ![]() ![]() | ZOMG! New guitar! Behold, in one glorious picture..my new RG7620. The sexiness of this guitar is at such an extreme, that if you see anymore pictures of it, your head will explode. Not I've just been too lazy to take anymore pictures. Some more will be up soon. Max (ibznorange) sold this to me, and honestly, he gave me some of the best service. Ever. He set it up, put new strings on it, included a strap, straplocks, and strings. I wub you Max ![]() This thing absolutely fucking rocks..The Air Norton freaking SINGS and the DSonic is the definition of clarity. The guitar came strung with a standard .10 set for the high strings, and cables for the low strings (.38 D, .42 A, .52 E, and .70 B, to be exact) Needless to say, my tone isn't lacking as far as the lows are concerned. Anyhow, this guitar fucking owns, and I just wanted to let you all know. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Sweet guitar. ![]() Are you going to stick with those heavy bass strings? 38 for a D is a bit wierd...surely 30, 42, 52, 70 for the bass strings would make more sense (like a 10-52 set with a 70 for the B). How're the D-sonics by the way, as I was contemplating a set for my six-string baritone? 'If one octave isn't interesting then who the hell cares about the others?!' ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm sticking with them for sure..the tone I get out of them is unbelievable. I HIGHLY recommend the DSonic. It's stupidly clear, and is taylor made for insane lows. Seriously check it out ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I did my best job at immitating HighGainBrunettiSeller's packingjobs too ![]() Glad youre liking it bud. Dsonic was a bit bright for me, but it works great for low tones. It just didnt balance well enough against the high strings for my retardo prog playing. Again, sorry it wasnt quite in Bb, i tuned it to my piano which has been moved about a billion times, and hasnt been tuned in like 8 or 9 years ![]() I like how all the strings in your pic are exactly the same thickness, but the lower you go the whiter they get ![]() @DR, the set is as perfectly balanced as i could get it scaling from a .010 to a .070 Reverse Headstocks or Bust Dude...i just got a spam email that was titled "Funky date rape trick" -Zepp88 I just got another funny email "Her pussy smiled at me" -Zepp88 Don't tell me you haven't heard of Raptor Jesus It's important that you know this information :headnod: It will decide your fate when we are pwned. -JoeOvChaosI was going KAT KAT KAT KAT and you were going KAT... chk... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Congrats! ![]() .010 - .070 is the string gauge of choice for Loomis and Broderick so it's not that heavy. I keep kicking around trying it. The only proof he needed for the existance of God was music. Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Without music, life would be a mistake. Friedrich Nietzsche |
