I got lowest 6 strings in C F A# D# G C, but what do i put the normally, high e in? Would it be F? (just a guess)

Yeah, f is right... I always want to tune a seven C2 G2 C3 f3 a3 d4 g4. I know that isn't original.... I just want a go at it.

The best way to know is look at your two lowest strings.

If they're C and F, then your highest strings are going to be C and F. (This only works on 7s in a standard fourths tuning)

BTW, the G should be a G# if you're going for a 7 tuned up a half step. If you're going for a baritone 6 tuning up a half step, G is right.
