dosent look bad at all, im a dirty player im sure ill forget to wah my hands after lunch and just star playing it few days later ill probablly swing it into my amp on accident. heres a pic of my esp hanny which is some what rare because its maple neck/ maple body. and it didnt stop me from beating the piss out of it, if only it was a seven string with the same specs it would still be my main axe.

i just like to think guitars are meant to be played alot, standing or sitting and shit happens , every scrape and dent have all been done while playing, at least the severe ones, the headstock is alot worse then i captured in the pics but the whole neck is emaculate thank god i never bashed the neck or scratch the back or th finger board, how are the frets on it? the hannys fret job from esp is perfect ive had it since 02 and have never had to do anything except level and polish them once

Hehe beat me to it. So yeah and the Graphtech Ghost system sounds pretty damn good too IMHO.

Also, as others have said, if you have shipping damages get a hold of Kurt and I'm sure you can work something out to make up for it.
