So i was checking out mayones...

and i really liked thier 7 designs and for shits and giggles decided to ask them about pricing and shipments. to which they responded

"Hello Jeson

Thank you very much for your inquiry.

For detailed prices of our guitars as well as for the list of the custom options available for each model please refer to the enclosed pricelist.

There are not too many Mayoens guitars being played in the US so we can offer you 10% discount and free shipment to the States.

In case you have any questions regarding detailed pricing or availability of any other customisation variants, feel free to contact me.

Take care & stay Mayo!
Maciej Konczak
Mayones Marketing Team"

i have no clue how they sound or play, but they have a few decent artists who use them and some nice looking options. the only problems i see are the conversion rates. even with the 10% the Setius 7 (ash bolt on w/dimarzios) is still $1850.

i could be wrong but the price sheet looks like the prices in the euro are numerically about the same as what similar guitars would go for here.

if any one is interested in the price sheet i can post it up.

Wow! I had no clue they would give any kind of discount for US players due to the rarity of the guitars here. Thats an amazing deal on top of the free shipping. I don't know a whole lot about them, but I hear that they are pretty great quality. I have no experience with them personally.

$1850 for a bolt-on, ash body, presumably rosewood board and maple neck isn't anything too special IMO. Especially when you can get neck-thru custom 7s of (based on everything I've heard) much higher quality from Bernie Rico Jr or KxK for only a little bit more.

I own a Setius GTM six string. It is one of the best playing guitars i have played.
Definitely recommend Mayones. Bartolini ordered mine for me.
I was trying to get a price for the Regius 7 from Bartolini, but haven't heard back yet.

Wow...that's pretty impressive!

I've been on their website quite a few times. Those customs they made for Greg from Paradise Lost were awesome, and sounded great when I saw them at Download.

I have a Regius 7 and love it.
Maybe you should wait for a better dollar value and buy it then, for European standarts they aren't that expensive.

Mine:

Mayones Guitars & Basses - handmade in Europe since 1982

It has an Air Norton7 and an Evoloution, Pickup Splitter, Swamp Ash Body, 11-piece Wenge/Amazaque/Maple/Mahogany Neck and Sperzel Lockings.

If you change 4 letters in "Mama", it's "Beer"!
