I need help spending my money...on me (sorry)

So I'm getting my tax return and need some help in decision making (i'm not that good with choices see), so i'm asking someone, anyone for help...

Do I buy a Jeff Loomis Signature w/emg the stock 707s or a C7 Hellraiser with some blackouts? I know they're one in the same, but I've read so many reviews and they both seem like amazing guitars, so i dunno which to get. I mean i hypothetically could get the Loomis and install the blackouts like i'd do with the hellraiser...dunno if anyone's tried yet. I'm also confused in my pup selection. I hear mixed reviews on the blackouts and the 707s ... not so much as far as bad reviews, but you got the blackout and the 707 fanboys so decision making has been difficult for me. it's not like i can go to a guitar store and test said guitars and/or pups seeing as though i'm currently stationed in the middle east (i mean there IS a guitar/music intrument store, but no 7s to speak of and i don't trust a guitar that has no brand name other than some squiggly arabic...no offense). basically put, i have 4 choices:

jeff loomis w/707s
jeff loomis w/blackouts
hellraiser w/707s
hellraiser w/backouts

price isn't much of a factor right now as i know the hellraiser is about $200 cheaper...it's just that black cherry finish on the hellraiser is so gatdamned sexy. and the fact there's only a volume knob for the loomis too irks me...i don't effin know ...i want a guitar and i want it now...help meh please. my head hurts

Loomis gets my vote because of the maple fretboard and OFR7 .

how easy would it be to install the loomis with phase II blackouts considering it's retrofitted for EMG707s...considering there's only the volume knob i'm still trying to figure all this out...707s vs blackouts is like jesus vs optimus prime ...both awesome, but completely different (as a side note, i'm not really religious...jesus and optimus prime are equally loved by many people so i meant no offense)

Direct swap. Unscrew and pull out EMG, remove the quick-connect plug from the back of the EMG, plug into Blackout Phase II, screw Blackout Phase II in.

Just an update if anyone cares...I know i do so i just ordered the loomis from musicians friend...and some blackouts from ebay (mikes music shop) i'm so stoked...i'm not gonna be able to sleep for oh...6 days or so until they both get here, and i won't be sleeping ONCE they get here...so i'm pretty much going to be 200% more inefficient at work...eff that noise i'm gettin me a loomis woot woot. now i'll be broke for the next month, but methinks it's worth it. thus the life of the starving artist
