Well, for lower tuning the longer scale help but its not totally necessary. If you want to go loomis, you'd have no regrets.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

I definitely know for a fact I'll be in love with the Loomis if I get it, I'm just looking at close to $500 less for the Agile and green which I love. I dunno. I'm so fucking torn it's not even funny. It's pissing me off

I dunno bout those TRS 7 trems. I Hear they're pretty decent, i'm totally opting for the purple one because 1)Tonepros Hardtail and 2)Maple board.

I've heard that the OFR is the way to go, which is making me wonder about the LFR that the Agile has.

I'm sure its not too bad. But i've played a fair share of LFR's and the OFR on the loomis is just better. Im sure its not a bad bridge, but i dont need two guitars with trems.

the LFR on that Agiles is virtually identical to the LFR that Carvin uses (wouldn't surprise me if Kurt got them from Carvin). not horrible or unusable by any means, but nowhere near an OFR7.

Ah, true. I have a LFR on my LTD M-302 which I've never had a problem with. I can't imagine the Agile would be terrible.

Jerich, you'll be happy to know, they'll be available in blakk with either a maple or ebony f/b too (according to Kurt)
