![]() ![]() ![]() | that finish is fucking sweet mate ![]() i really dig it, how'd you acheive it? ...Each guitarist has an evil fat 40 year old blueswankler trying to get out, If you give in to temptation you'll be sitting next to a fender playing john lee hooker while trying to keep your combover in place. -Desecrated |

![]() ![]() ![]() | haha yes, the lower horn (or lack thereof) is incredible for upper-fret playing. The finish is actually quite smooth. I sanded in between coats, and then put the last coat on a little thicker, so it gave kind of a patchy look, which I liked. The difference in shades is actually because I didn't manage to sand all the way through the clear coat, so the stain took in places better than others. I had actually intended for the whole guitar to be that dark brown, but liked what I was seeing with the patches... kind of an apocalyptic look. It's got the tone to back it up too, so I'm happy. I'll have a real recording of it in the near future, as my band is about to record a 5-song demo. thanks for all the positive comments! |

In any language that you learn to speak -- love is twisted and defined as weak TheMissing's GAScon status: GAScon 3... New geetar... But now I need to find a new pickup... |

![]() | headstock and trem arm!! Dont change shit man!! looks like a thrashin beater!!! I cant beleive in all these posts not one person addressed the fact that the smaller you make the head stock the more sustain and toneality you loose.. Proven fact!! I would order a new schaller trem arm off of ebay!! i got a new black one with bushing for $17. there is little trick to make it fit right. i like the horn removal, gives it a different feel!! 12th fret down gets alot easier huh? I did my RG that way too!! keep it like that man!! Doesnt matter what everyone else likes, THEY aren't playing it!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() :screa m:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
