To drop tune my 7 to A from B standard without any intonation? I just want to give it a try. Also does anyone know other cool drop(or any 7) tunings?

No harm would be done. your intonation would be off but if you're just trying it, thats not a big deal.

yeah, you'll be fine. intonation will go just a hair off, and if you dont like it, when you tune back up, it will be properly intonated still

well, i got the low 4 strings tuned!

I like it so far. Would it be possible to get a Meshuggah-low tuning on a 25.5" scale?

If you have thick enough strings. I can't personally recommend it but some people have done it before, and liked it.

for soloing lowF# at 25,5 is ok imo, but for that low Meshuggah rhythms I would rather use bigger scale.
But with thick enough strings it can be done at almost every scale
