Titanium frets??

I dont think iv ever heard of anyone using titanium for frets. Im also pretty sure i never saw titanium frets as a carvin option.

Is this guy B.S.ing?

Titanium is so ludicrously expensive by weight. i doubt anyone would ever make frets out of it really. Maybe TT plated, but not solid Titanium.

I think he put that on their because titanium has been the "high tech" metal lately.
People see that something is titanium and they think its immedeatly better.
Example- Razors.

titanium doesnt even make very good blade, yes its strong and it cantake pressure. But its very stiff and can be brittle making a quickly dulled razor.

yet htey advertise the stuff like its made out of gods teeth.

I think this guy was trying to do the same thing in a way.

And yea, titanium is ridiculously overpriced. I have a few titanium parts on m bike due to how light it is and the price was horrible.

Oh and Im diggin the avatar. Scrubs is the greatest show to touch this planet.
