My good buddy John at FunkyMunkyMusic helped me put this order together last week... The appointments will look alot like this, except for in a 7 string format.

Bernie Rico Jr Handmade Jekyll 5A quilt top guitar - (eBay item 150193946467 end time Dec-17-07 11:26:14 PST)

7 String
27 frets (no inlays)
6100 stainless
Black Hardware (OFR, Schallers)
Reverse HS
Natural Mahogany Body (oiled)
Maple Neck Thru (oiled)

25.5 Scale

I wish I could find a pic of a 27 fret Jekyll, they look much cool...The bottom horn is shorter and more proportionate...And the the cutaway is fucking massive. She be done around March

I hate BRJ's in-line headstock shapes. The 4+3 looks bad ass though. Looks like it should be a sweet ass guitar.

... well, the vixen was the only design of his that looked good (to me anyway), too bad i hate the way v shaped guitars feel. but this one!

That will definitely be a sweet guitar. How long did they say the build time would be? I ordered a Bernie Rico JR Vixen 7-string in June through Guitar Morgue and I haven't heard shit about it since.
